Well, if brushing your teeth doesn’t help get rid of the smell, then you may have some sort of infection that is causing the odor. Let your doctor know about it. Also…make sure to floss and brush your tongue too! There’s a lot of bad smelling bacteria that they can help get rid of…

1) yearly dental cleanings by your vet
2) weekly brushing (they have those finger brushes and beef flavored tooth paste that makes it easy)
3) Chew toys- there are some specifically made to clean dogs teeth
4) there are doggy breath mints, but a combination of the above really is the best way.

Wow, I hear you. My little Pomeranian had breath that could knock out anyone YIKES! Anyway, I changed his diet to a natural organic food. I also give him a nutrident or greenies muchie everyday. Lastly, I do brush his teeth almost daily. i use an infant toothbrush and special dog toothpaste that tastes like chicken.

There are a few options, you can go to walmart and get some bones, that will reduce bad breath and are extra tastey for them. Or if you are up for a challenge; you can brush their teeth or take them to pet co’s grooming service and have them do it, I recomend you start them younge or else most likley they will not allow you to do it.

If you don’t brush your dogs teeth regularly this will happen. And if you do, your dog might have a tooth infection, that’s what happened to my dog. They also sell dog bones to help with bad breath. Talk to your vet if you think it’s an infection, they can pull the tooth and get rid of the problem, or just keep brushing those pearly whites. Dogs are just like us they need to keep their teeth clean and healthy. Hope this helped.

Brush it’s teeth with dog toothpaste or have a groomer do it. Could be periodontal disease. It’ll take a vet to cure that one, usually by removing all bad teeth.

Quit tongue kissing him!
Dogie treats with chlorophyll in them (usually green) will help. Stop feeding him from the table and give him a balanced dog food. It’s more than likely his diet!

prolly think this is weird but the best is charcoal. NOTE: not talkin about the krap for the BBQ which has fuel in the brickettes. they do make charcoal bits specifically for this prob. good for the stomach too, which may be part of the problem.

The dog probably needs to have a dental. At this point, if there is tartar build up on the rear teeth, brushing won’t help. It won’t hurt, but it won’t help.Take him/her to the vet, they can clean your pets teeth, and then you need to try brushing 2-3 times weekly. That can prolong the bad breath from returning. Think of it this way…if you were a 2 year old dog, and didn’t brush your teeth for 2 years, wouldn’t your breath smell bad too?!?

Greenies, visits to the vet where she can get her teet brushed. U can also get that done at the groomer’s. The essential thing is to get her greenies to chew on cause that helps the everyday thing.
The bad breath is a result of build up from bacteria, which is also the cause for tartar. What you want to do is go to a walmart or petco and get one of those plastic chew toys that have ridges that help loosen those food particles and bacteria. There are some that are flavored though they are plastic. Just give one to ur dog for daily chewing and that should help. My roommates dog had the same problem and it’s improved.
